Jon McAlister - Jon McAlister owns and operates the Plano, Allen, McKinney, Richardson, Lucas, Fairview, Parker, Wylie and Murphy communities. Jon has 15 years experience as Manager of Operations and Training in the Service industry, as well as an IT Analyst and as a Franchise Consultant. He most recently has worked in home remodeling, working with investors and home owners, to maintain and update their largest investment, their home. " Rob Soluri has over 20 years experience in the building and remodeling industry and is the third generation of his family to be involved in building and construction. His heritage traces back to his grandfather, Philip Soluri, a legendary master brick mason who worked on prominent buildings throughout the Nation's Capital, including the major renovation of the White House during the Truman Administration and the construction of the Pentagon. Rob's father, a retired engineer for the Navy Department, was instrumental in planning and design in support of the Navy's facilities construction mission throughout the world. While growing up in Washington, DC, Rob started his first business at the age of 14. After graduating from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree, Rob pursued a career in sales earning Rookie of the Year and numerous Top Producer awards. The first home Rob bought was a "fixer-upper". He continued renovating homes for himself and his growing family, eventually deciding to put his construction knowledge to work for other homeowners and investors. Rob's award-winning custom homes have been showcased in the Annual Home builders' Parade of Homes.
